he looks so young and the way that blazer is settled in the first gif makes it looks a little big and he looks like some sort of grad student that got on jeopardy and has had a terrific run gunning for ken jenning’s record and the media keeps interviewing him and the whole thing makes him really nervous but it’s also sort of thrilling and there’s a production intern that he sort of fancies a little bit week after week of catching her eye over the craft services table and the way he starts setting aside a jelly donut for her right in the top corner of the box and the way she buys him soy creamer even though that’s not her job it’s not anything she can expense it’s just she heard him mention it and the night he’s going for the record and it’s down to final jeopardy and he’s got no choice to try and get the lead back except to wager all of his money and the question is about her favorite movie the one she mentioned off handedly and he rushed back to the hotel to watch and he gets it right and there’s a balloon drop and confetti and the audience is going crazy alex trebek trying to get him to come to center stage for an interview but instead he’s darting away right through the backstage area until he finds her and sweeps her up in a hug and he’s breathing so heavily laughing and panting and he kisses her right there for the first time and if you did not mentally cast billie piper as the production intern you missed the entire point of these tags

#my favorite thing is that this show doesn’t shy away from the fact these two have sex #that they ENJOY having sex #and not only do they not shy away from it #they play with the distaste of the fact that they haven’t had any sex throughout the entire episode #and when they DO finally have the chance #they not only showed BECKETT PULLING CASTLE INTO THE BEDROOM #but also showed them in the intimacy of the bedroom as well #and with all these shows having their couples go celibate once they get together #this is so refreshing and wonderful #and you wish your show was this show #and that your otp are 100% into boning 100% of the time #this show is a gift
